During the production process, food is added to a deep fryer for high-temperature frying. Palm oil is used to rapidly mature the material, while the outer layer quickly dehydrates to form a brittle shell. This process generates a large amount of water vapour and oil fume.
Get a Free QuoteKleanland ESP filter provides an efficient solution for smoke, oil mist, and grease generated during food processing. The system combines gas cooling, multi-stage ESP purification, and exhaust ventilation to improve purification efficiency and ensure stable operation.
With a durable wide-gap electric field and easy-maintenance design, the ESP system effectively reduces oil fumes and visible smoke, helping achieve a clean, virtually smoke-free exhaust at the outlet.
Enquire NowIn response to the characteristics of smoke in food processing, this plan proposes a process flow consisting of a smoke collection system (exhaust fan, air duct) + cooling device + main purification system (electrostatic precipitator) + exhaust system (exhaust fan, air duct, chimney). The treatment process flow chart is as follows:
Oil fume generated during the frying process is collected and transported to the cooling system, where the temperature is reduced to optimise condensation and prevent equipment blockage. The cooled exhaust gas then enters the ESP purification system, where high-voltage electrostatic technology captures oil mist particles and removes odours through ozone oxidation. The purified air is finally discharged through the chimney by the exhaust fan system.
Instant noodle factories typically generate primarily water vapour as a byproduct of cooking and drying processes. If production involves frying the noodles, emissions also include oil vapours and VOCs. As noodles are fried, volatile organic compounds and oil fumes are released. These emissions are generally well controlled through a wet electrostatic precipitator system to comply with environmental regulations.

Mechanical processes like crushing, malaxation and centrifugation generate fine dust and aerosols from olive paste and seeds. Incomplete combustion from boilers and dryers, often fuelled by natural gas, biomass or oil, produces smoke containing CO, NOₓ, particulates and VOCs. Extraction and pressing also release VOCs and oil droplets, causing odours and air quality issues. Electrostatic precipitators or fabric filters capture these emissions, reducing visible smoke and particulate levels.

With MCU inside, the individual HV power pack enables real-time monitoring and data recording of filter working status, remote parameter configuration using a mobile phone, and microsecond response time to critical protections.
Distributed control across multiple HV power packs in a parallel system makes it straightforward to upgrade handling capacity, improve collection efficiency, and reduce downtime for repair and replacement.
